Gindo’s Truffle Parmesan builds on the company’s signature sweet red bell pepper base, spiced with habanero, ghost and Moruga scorpion peppers, then layers in real black truffle, Parmesan and Romano cheese and wild mushrooms for an earthy, savory, umami finish. Gindo’s rates the heat medium-high.
Try it on egg bakes, bacon, pasta, meatballs, pizza and flatbreads, burgers, grilled meats and wraps, or in dips and spreads. It contains milk. Gindo’s, a woman-owned company started in 2011, makes its own fresh-pepper sauces and runs a Hot Saucery in St. Charles, Illinois.

About the maker
Fresh pepper hot sauces from Chris “Gindo” Ginder and his wife, Mary, who started Gindo’s Spice of Life in Los Angeles in 2011 and now make it in Illinois.
Gindo’s sauces have rich, savory twists: Bacon Bourbon Ghost, Bacon Jalapeño, Truffle Parmesan, Vampire Slayer and Jalapeño Poblano. They range from mild to extra hot, with smoke, maple and honey for depth.
