Flavor & Fire Little Monster Under the Bed is much less scary than its name: a smooth, medium hot sauce of fermented green serrano peppers and garlic with Flavor & Fire’s special spice blend, made in a Sriracha-style process with rice wine vinegar and brown sugar.
It’s great on beef, chicken, seafood, salads and vegetables. It’s the mildest of Flavor & Fire’s four Childhood Nightmare sauces, with Baba Yaga, Knock Knock and Black Rabbit. It’s gluten-free and vegan. Flavor & Fire makes it in Ohio and has had a shop in downtown Columbus since 2006.
