This is our take on the classic salsa verde. We start with a base of Serrano peppers and Tomatillos, and add a little twist at the end of the ferment... Cascade hops. Strangely addicting even for the non-beer lovers. It starts out with a vibrant burst of citrus on the palette, moving into the spicy Serrano, and finishes with a subtle yet lingering breath of hops.
