Chile Lengua De Fuego Turmeric Bomb is a medium, earthy and warm sauce of turmeric and ginger in olive oil with garlic, onion and Honduran aguardiente, heated with Scotch bonnet, Carolina Reaper and chocolate ghost peppers.
It was the sixth sauce on Season 19 of Hot Ones. Try it on roasted vegetables, rice and eggs, in soups or with seafood, or anywhere that needs a golden touch. Chile Lengua De Fuego makes its sauces at Finca Guacamaya, its farm in Cantarranas, Honduras, where it grows more than ten kinds of chile.
