About the maker
Award-winning hot sauces from Honduras, made by Grupo FORCCA, which Carlos Castillo founded in 2004 to make chile oils.
Chile Lengua de Fuego has become one of Latin America’s best-known craft brands, with around 20 international awards and several sauces on Hot Ones, including Bhutila Fire and Turmeric Bomb. The flavors draw on Central American and Caribbean ingredients: passion fruit in Passiflora Fire, scotch bonnet and ginger, and chocolate ghost pepper.
