Chile Lengua De Fuego Bhutila Fire is a hot, fresh and aromatic sauce on a base of Honduran sour orange, with smoked Scotch bonnet, jalapeño and superhot chocolate chiles, smoked garlic, red onion, ginger and fresh cilantro. It’s smoky, tangy and intensely spicy.
It was the seventh sauce on Season 16 of Hot Ones. Try it on tacos, grilled meats and wings. Chile Lengua De Fuego makes its sauces at Finca Guacamaya, its farm in Cantarranas, Honduras, where it grows more than ten kinds of chile.

Chile Lengua de Fuego has become one of Latin America’s best-known craft brands, with around 20 international awards and several sauces on Hot Ones, including Bhutila Fire and Turmeric Bomb. The flavors draw on Central American and Caribbean ingredients: passion fruit in Passiflora Fire, scotch bonnet and ginger, and chocolate ghost pepper.
