Chile Lengua De Fuego Anillo De Fuego is an extra hot sauce from Honduras made with five chiles: Trinidad Scorpion, Carolina Reaper, chocolate ghost, cabro and jalapeño, with aged rum, fresh dill, honey and ginger. The maker calls it the full circle of heat: it goes in smooth and finishes in flames.
Try it on pasta, pizza, roasted vegetables and grilled meats. Chile Lengua De Fuego makes its sauces at Finca Guacamaya, its farm in Cantarranas, Honduras, where it grows more than ten kinds of chile.
