About the maker
Fire-roasted hot sauces from Ojai, California, made by Chris Sutton, who grew up cooking in his family’s seafood restaurant.
It started in 2006 with a habanero garlic sauce for a sushi roll, which became the Original, made with fire-roasted habanero and güero peppers. Chris went full time in 2015, and the lineup now includes a Caribbean mango pineapple sauce, Pinya with pineapple and fatali, Verde, Sriracha, Picante and the berry-bright Fiyaberry.
