Fat Cat Caribbean Curry is a hot, savory sauce that pairs Scotch bonnet peppers with yellow habaneros, red serranos, onions and Jamaican curry powder for a complex taste of the Caribbean. It placed third for Caribbean sauces at the 2012 Hot Pepper Awards and second for serrano sauces in 2013.
