Bunsters Flamin’ Honey is a mild hot honey from Perth’s Bunsters, made from single-origin Australian eucalyptus honey blended with rare golden Charapita chillies and a little apple cider vinegar. It’s sweet first, then a little sting, with a rich, floral warmth.
