Bunsters Black Label is the extra hot version of Shit the Bed from Bunsters in Perth, Western Australia: the same recipe with double the Scorpion chillies. The trademark Bunsters flavour stays, from orange juice, onion, garlic, coriander, ginger, lime and goji berries.
It was the seventh sauce on Season 6 of Hot Ones. Bunsters says it’s stupidly hot and somehow still delicious, built to silence anyone who says a sauce isn’t that hot. Try it on eggs, pizza, wings and ribs.
