Elwood is the straight-ahead table sauce of the Blues Brothers hot sauce line, a medium-heat sauce of aged red peppers and distilled vinegar made for everyday use. It’s named for Elwood Blues, Dan Aykroyd’s character in the 1980 film.
Put it on eggs, fried chicken, pizza, burgers, hot dogs and seafood. The Blues Brothers sauces are made by CaJohns Fiery Foods.
