Blues Mobile is the smoky-sweet, medium-heat sauce in the Blues Brothers hot sauce line, named for the Bluesmobile, Jake and Elwood’s car in the 1980 film. Red habanero brings the heat, with brown sugar, tomato paste and bourbon, chipotle, black pepper and allspice.
Put it on wings, burgers, ribs, chicken, sandwiches, pizza and eggs. The Blues Brothers sauces are made by CaJohns Fiery Foods.
