About the maker
Blair Lazar has been making Blair’s Death Sauces since 1989, and they’re among the best-known names in extreme hot sauce.
The Death lineup runs from Jalapeño Death and Original Death up to After, Sudden, Mega, Ultra and Pure Death, and Crystal Death is made with capsaicin crystals. Habanero, cayenne and chipotle are the backbone, with garlic, lime and cilantro for flavor. Use the hottest bottles by the drop.
