Blair’s Mega Death is an extra hot sauce where molasses briefly masks the heat of habanero, cayenne and chipotle, backed by ancho chilies, guava nectar and fresh ginger. Blair’s warns that it contains ingredients 900 times hotter than a jalapeño and shouldn’t be used undiluted.
It closed out Seasons 2 and 3 of Hot Ones as the tenth sauce and was ninth in Season 4. Use it a drop at a time in wings, chili, soups and stews. Its natural pepper flavor contains soybean oil.

Blair Lazar has been making Blair’s Death Sauces since 1989, and they’re among the best-known names in extreme hot sauce.
