Bravado Black Garlic Carolina Reaper is a thick, extra hot sauce that blends sweet fermented black garlic and roasted garlic with pure maple syrup, red serrano and Carolina Reaper peppers. The roasted garlic richness comes first, then the reaper heat.
It was the sixth sauce on Season 6 of Hot Ones. Bravado made it for heavy meats like brisket, burgers and anything off the grill, and it suits steak, lamb and wings too.
