Goat Rider is a medium-heat sauce from Angry Goat Pepper Co. that puts flavor first: balsamic vinegar and Vermont maple syrup with garlic and cayenne, plus a touch of ghost pepper for a slow burn. Roasted red pepper, molasses and smoked paprika round it out.
It was the fourth sauce on Season 13 of Hot Ones. Angry Goat suggests it on wings, pizza, eggs, fried rice and steak tips, or as a salad dressing.
