Blistered Shishito & Garlic is a mild, creamy hot sauce from Angry Goat Pepper Co., made with fire-roasted shishito peppers, green jalapeño, olive oil, Vermont maple syrup and plenty of garlic.
It was the second sauce on Season 22 of Hot Ones, and it’s mild enough for everyone to use generously, starting with wings. Some bottles are lighter and some darker: the sauce darkens as it cooks during bottling because of all the olive oil.

The lineup runs from mild to extra hot, with favorites like Pink Elephant, Purple Hippo, Yellow Flamingo, Dreams of Calypso and Demon Reaper. Lime, garlic, Vermont maple and agave show up often, balanced against bell pepper, habanero and ghost pepper for a fruit-forward heat.
