Bravado Ancho Masala Scorpion-Reaper is an extra hot sauce that bridges Texas barbecue and Indian spices: scorpion, Carolina Reaper and red ghost peppers over a base of garam masala, roasted garlic and Medjool dates, with tomato paste and ancho chili.
Bravado suggests it for sloppy joes, slow-cooked pork and chicken tikka, and it works on tacos, burritos and pizza too. It’s made without extracts, and it’s vegan and gluten-free.
