Bravado Aka Miso Ghost-Reaper is an extra hot umami sauce from Houston’s Bravado Spice Co., pairing red ghost peppers and Carolina Reapers with fermented red miso, tamari, toasted sesame oil and Japanese seven spice in a rice vinegar base.
It was the seventh sauce on Season 10 of Hot Ones. Bravado calls it a rich addition to ramen and a glaze for grilled steak, and it’s good on wings, ribs and pork chops too.
