Heartbreaking Dawn’s makes fruit-forward sauces with a history lesson on the label, starting with its flagship, 1498 Trinidad Scorpion.

1498 is named for the year Columbus reached Trinidad and pairs scorpion and scotch bonnet peppers with apricot, blueberry and carrot. The dated series continues with 1542 Southwestern Habanero and 1841 Ghost Pepper, and the range also includes Cauterizer, Reapercussion, Papa Boi Caribbean Scotch Bonnet, Classic Gold and The Green Verde. Most sit in medium, with a few superhots at the top.
