Char Man Sriracha is a medium, West Coast take on the Thai-style chili-garlic sauce: fresh red chiles with plenty of garlic, vinegar, sugar and salt. It’s garlicky and a little sweet, with heat that doesn’t overwhelm the food.
Mix it into mayo for a sushi or sandwich spread, use it as a marinade or finishing sauce for chicken and seafood, or put it on eggs, burgers, tacos, stir-fries and rice bowls.

About the maker
Fire-roasted hot sauces from Ojai, California, made by Chris Sutton, who grew up cooking in his family’s seafood restaurant.
It started in 2006 with a habanero garlic sauce for a sushi roll, which became the Original, made with fire-roasted habanero and güero peppers. Chris went full time in 2015, and the lineup now includes a Caribbean mango pineapple sauce, Pinya with pineapple and fatali, Verde, Sriracha, Picante and the berry-bright Fiyaberry.
