Jersey Barnfire Garden State Green is a medium, traditional verde sauce that showcases the freshest flavors of New Jersey: tomatillos and jalapeños with a variety of Jersey Barnfire’s own green super hot chiles, tamed by cilantro, lime and tomatillo, true to its “seed to bottle” approach.

Jersey Barnfire lists a 2017 Screaming Mimi award for best mixed pepper mild sauce. Try it on fish, pork, tacos, eggs and chicken. Jersey Barnfire was started by two old friends from New Jersey, Austin D’Almeida and John Sauchelli, and makes its sauces with produce from local farms.
