Gindo’s Vampire Slayer is an extra hot, garlic-forward sauce: fresh farm-grown garlic and sweet red bell peppers meet Carolina Reaper, ghost and scorpion peppers, with habanero, green onion, smoked salt and a peppercorn blend. Gindo’s calls it one of its hottest signature sauces, with an intense, building heat and a lingering garlic finish.

About the maker
Fresh pepper hot sauces from Chris “Gindo” Ginder and his wife, Mary, who started Gindo’s Spice of Life in Los Angeles in 2011 and now make it in Illinois.
Gindo’s sauces have rich, savory twists: Bacon Bourbon Ghost, Bacon Jalapeño, Truffle Parmesan, Vampire Slayer and Jalapeño Poblano. They range from mild to extra hot, with smoke, maple and honey for depth.
