After you complete your purchase you will receive an email with a link that let's you set your preferences for your first box. You can edit your preferences from your 'Account' profile at any time.

Frequently asked questions

After you sign up you will receive an email with a link to set your heat, flavor, and food preferences for your first box.

Each month you will be able to change your preferences for next months box. We use your preferences and specially curate a box just for you!

With 'surprise me' and 'set it and forget' options, you can leave the hard work to us.

Your first box will ship within 48 hours of you setting your first box's preferences.

Boxes then ship the first week of each month after that. If you signed up before the 10th of the month, your next box with ship the first week of next month. If you signed up on the 10th or later, your second box will ship the first week of the second month following your sign up date. This is to prevent you from getting charged twice too closely together.

i.e. If you signed up on Jan. 5, your second box will ship starting the first week of February. If you signed up on Jan. 15, your second box will ship starting the first week of March.

First boxes are billed immediately. Then each box will be billed on the 20th of the month preceding shipment the first week of the next month. This gives you plenty of time to correct any billing/shipping issues or cancel for a refund if you want.

No! Even if you keep your preferences the same, we will never send you the same sauce twice.

We keep a list of all sauces sent to each customer and ensure each month's box will be unique.

We charge a flat $5.95 shipping fee for both our 1 bottle and 3 bottles a month options.

United States delivery only. International shipping is not available at the moment.
