Our Award winning sauce: Placing 3rd in the Scovie awards for the Unique - XXX Hot category! We utilize the coveted "Super Hot" Ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia) to really give this sauce the added kick it needs. This is our take on a Thai "inspired" sauce. Think of it as a Thai taco sauce: hints of galangal, lime leaves, lemongrass, and subtle notes of ginger. This will give you reminiscent flavors of a good Thai curry. Be careful though, it packs quite a punch. This is definitely our spiciest sauce to date, don't leave it on read.
